This is yet another great project for you guys to take on. I’m a product of second chance parents, a second chance ministry and a second chance marriage. I was fired from my first full-time ministry position for porn, almost lost my wife and family – and am now enjoying the fruits of hard work, radical grace and second chances.

That’s COOL to hear about your second chances, Kevin.
I recently talked with an elder from my former church. When he heard that our interim pastor is a guy who had had an affair and then confessed it to his family and put things back together, he was apalled and considered him “disqualified” and was pretty intense about it. I was pretty strong in my response back because it really suprised me that he would be so ungracious…

I’m hoping that he thought about it more. I guess all of us have these judging sides to us that need to be brought out from under the rock and exposed to the light. Jesus came to heal the sick.
We’re all sick. Pure and simple.

Yeah and for all of your judging grammar types…yeah…I’m appalled at my spelling of appalled and surprised, too.
